Cadet Pilot (0 – 50 hours):
- Newly recruited pilots undergoing training.

Second Officer (51 – 100 hours):
- Graduated from training and gaining experience.

- Eligible for basic awards upon reaching milestones.
First Officer (101 – 150 hours):
- Experienced pilots capable of assisting Captains.
- Granted access to more advanced aircraft and routes.
- Eligible for intermediate awards and recognition.
Senior First Officer (151 – 200 hours):
- Seasoned pilots with significant flight experience.
- Authorized to operate as Captain under supervision.
- Eligible for advanced awards upon reaching milestones.
Captain (201+ hours):
- Experienced leaders responsible for flight operations.
- Full authority to operate assigned aircraft and routes.
- Eligible for prestigious awards and recognition for outstanding achievements.

Rookie Wings:
Awarded upon completing initial training and logging first flight.
Milestone Wings:
Awarded for every 500 hours of flight time.
Navigator Badge:
Awarded for mastering navigation skills and completing designated navigation challenges.
Ace Pilot Trophy:
Awarded for consistently high performance and professionalism.
Golden Wings:
The highest honor, awarded to Captains who demonstrate exceptional leadership and contributions to Cruizing Air.
